“Yes, my name is supposed to have that many vowels.”

THE EDISON DEATH MACHINE is my fourth Bonilla film; and what a great experience it has been.  There is certainly nothing like the indie film industry - its basically a crash course in absolutely every job on a movie set.  On the last three films I was responsible for producing, make-up & special effects; and occasionally costuming, set building, camera work, lighting - you name it.  So for this one, I think I'll just pare it down to make-up and special effects. (Now that I've "graduated" from the ZP International "school of independent film.")

I've been producing, doing special effects & make-up for independent feature horror film since I joined up with George & Co. in 2001; with all this experience, maybe someday I'll be able to make my living at this!  But until then, I'll just keep on keepin' my nose to the grindstone.

Other than that, there's not much that is terribly interesting about me; I'm a work-a-holic. Unfortunately they don't do therapy for that.  (Well, maybe psychoanalysis, but who can afford that?)  I guess its a "disorder" that I inherited from my father who still works 12 hrs./day, 7 days/wk. at age 73.  I have a "day job", attend the local university at night, try to have a social life, and spill blood and make-up on the weekends.

I'm a big movie buff (surprise!), but interestingly enough, I'm not really into horror films.  I guess you could say I'm a little paranoid of the things that go "bump" in the night.  I do however, find making horror a great way to release the tensions of day-to-day life.

Well, I guess that's that. If you want to know more, you'll have to stick around for the next film. - Oh yeah, subliminal message: BUY OUR MOVIE!
