Bob began his movie experiences in 1982 as an extra in a movie called And They're Off in a scene that was shot at Keeneland Racecourse.  In 1994 and again in 2001 he was an extra in other movies shot at Keeneland.  After completing Seabiscuit he started a web site and mailing list for Seabiscuit Extras. This is when he "discovered" that there was an active local area film community.

When George Bonilla began production meetings on Dance With A Vampire (a.k.a. Redwood Justin; Vampire Hunter) , Bob contacted him for more information for his Seabiscuit mailings.  In the discussion Bob said "It would be cool to be in a vampire movie, but I got to tell you that I can't act and I have no personality."  George replied "We can make you a cop."  Since that time Bob has been involved as an actor, extra or crew in over twenty local area movies and one TV show.

To help other local actors find local work he began KY Movie Net, a Yahoo! Group, that posts casting calls and other information of interest to local cast and crew.  For more information or to join go to: www.KyMovie.Net .
