Todd began his motion picture career in a most unconventional way. While looking through the newspaper one day he noticed an add asking for cast and crew for a new independent motion picture company starting in Lexington Ky. Having always had a love and curiosity about the movie business Todd applied to the fledgling company. There he met the all the principles and owners of what would become the new company, ZP International.
When he says he began at the bottom he really means it. He was a test subject for the early zombie makeup’s for what would become the company’s first feature. That feature was ZOMBIE PLANET.
Todd is a quick learner and a very hard worker. Before long he moved up to learn and operate the camera. He has been cinematographer on 6 full length motion pictures. Then he began to move into the business side of the production company. He became first a producer on DANCE WITH A VAMPIRE. He then became Executive Producer on three features for ZP International. He has helmed THE EDISON DEATH MACHINE, MONSTROSITY and now HELL-EPHONE.
When not on the set he is often promoting ZP International’s features all over the country. Mr. Burrows has been on the panel of several film making seminars. Todd is always willing and able to help film makers begin their career. His door is always open. Todd is also a featured guest at many shows each year. Todd is also an avid Science Fiction fan who travels to Conventions to meet his favorite actors and writers.
If all of this is not enough, Todd has even dabbled in acting! He has appeared in roles in several feature films. His most notable characters are Guy Incogneto and Dr. Tyrone.
