Hell-ephone will be the seventh feature film from ZP International, the powerhouse production company that brought you Zombie Planet, Dance With a Vampire, Monstrosity, and the award-winning film, The Edison Death Machine.
Hell-ephone is currently in full production with a targeted release date in fall 2008.

HELL-EPHONE IN FULL PRODUCTION
The long anticipated new feature from ZP International is now in full production.
“I came across this idea in a unique way,” said George Bonilla, CEO of ZP International. “I generally take a walk to clear my mind after editing all day, and on my route there is a funeral home that I pass by. Well, one night as I was walking by, the pay phone was ringing at the funeral home. I thought to myself, ‘I should answer that’ then I thought – ‘No way, I’m not answering a phone at a funeral home in the middle of the night.’”
“Naturally, I was curious about who would be on the other end, and I began thinking about this story, I thought what if… Well, I don’t want to give away too many details.”
George Bonilla will write and direct, with executive producers Tammy Bonilla, Belinda Cook, Todd Burrows, and Russell Coy attached to the project. Jerry Williams has signed on as Assistant Director, and Frank Santoroski will handle publicity for the project.
The film will bring to the screen horror film icons Ari Lehman and John Dugan as well as centerfold models Alex Del Monaco and Melissa Wolf. The film will star Billy W. Blackwell, Kate Stanley, Mike Shouse, Frank Santoroski, Leslie Rogers and Tony Armstrong.
“I’m excited about this story,” said Bonilla, “There is a twist ending that will rival PSYCHO, stay tuned for more details.”
ZP International is tentatively planning a fall 2008 release date for HELL-EPHONE..
The Richmond, KY based motion picture studio is best known for its award-winning feature THE EDISON DEATH MACHINE and the cult hit ZOMBIE PLANET. Their other features include DANCE WITH A VAMPIRE and ZOMBIE PLANET II. The current feature, MONSTROSITY is making a splash on the festival circuit. MONSTROSITY features John Dugan, who starred in the original TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE.
