Frank Santoroski, publicist for ZP International, said,” I can’t think of a more deserving person. George puts his heart and soul into his films, and this award serves as a testament to the hard work of both George Bonilla and the ZP International crew. On behalf of ZP International, I’d like to thank Ken Daniels for putting on a great festival. It was a wonderful event and showcased some of the best independent talent in the industry, we were very proud to be a part of it.”
Bonilla has been making films in Kentucky since 2001. His titles include ‘Zombie Planet,’ ‘The Edison Death Machine,’ ‘Monstrosity,’ and ‘Dance With a Vampire.’ Their latest release, ‘The Kane Chronicles’ made its debut at the FRIGHT NIGHT FILM FESTIVAL. ‘Hell-ephone’ is his current project, due for a late-fall 2008 release.
