October 10, 2008: Lexington, KY- Lexington based Motion Picture Studio ZP International has announced the release of their new full length feature. THE KANE CHRONICLES follows the story of KANE, a lone warrior who enters a town that has been over run with flesh eating zombies in this action packed brand new 2008 thriller.

The basis of the movie is the original movie ZOMBIE PLANET that was released by TEMPE ENTERTAINMENT. This was to be followed up by the sequel ZOMBIE PLANET II, ADAM’S REVENGE. Director George Bonilla decided instead to not release the sequel and incorporate the original movie into a feature that would combine both movies into one slam bang, action packed movie. The result is a never before seen adventure featuring the elements from both movies.

“The audience is in for a real ride! This is the way part one should be seen“. Said Bonilla, “And you will get to see the whole story; the final conflict will unfold before your eyes. This has NEVER been seen by the public before.”

The story concerns the introduction of a new diet drug that has devastating side effects. Users soon find themselves craving proteins anyway they can get it! It is just a matter of time before they die. But, the drug continues to drive the cravings causing the dead to resurrect and attack the living. The story then picks up several years later. The structure of world civilization has collapsed. A new social order has been established. The weak survive by gathering anything of value and trading for supplies. The strong, are led by a vicious warlord named Adam. He rules the sector with an iron fist. Those who do not obey are killed. Into this wasteland enters Kane. It is not long before he finds himself in a life or death struggle against Adam and his army of psychopaths. One man against an army!
